A game isn't loading. What should I do?
Try these quick steps in order:

- Close the game and open it again from the game page.
- Restart the app or refresh the page.
- If it still doesn't work, use Report a Problem so we can look into it.
Do I need an account to play?
No account is needed to start playing. You can jump straight into any game. Your Recently Played and favourite games are saved on your device.
Will my game progress be saved?
Progress is saved by the individual game on your device where the game supports it. Clearing your browser data or changing devices may reset it.
